Penza, 11 April 2014. PenzaNews. Penza resident, born 1991, was found guilty of illegal acquisition and possession of a big batch of drugs, was sentenced to three years imprisonment.

“It has been established that the young man paid for the batch using the electronic payment system. After that, he received a text-message with the location of the batch weighing 1,17 grams. He kept it in his car before the police officers seizes it during the car inspection,” the Senior Assistant Attorney of the Penza region Yuliya Makarova told news agency “PenzaNews.”

She clarified that the sentence has not entered into force yet.
