The ministry clarified that once the identity of the suspect was detected, he was put on the federal wanted list.

“In the course of further actions the police received information about the possible whereabouts of the wanted. As a result, he was detained in Saratov. The man made a confession. He has given a written undertaking not to leave,” the press service said.
