Penza, 21 April 2014. PenzaNews. A 19-year-old resident of Penza was accused of illegal distribution of pornographic images of minors on the Internet.

“According to the investigation, in August 2012, the young man being at home posted a video of a pornographic nature involving minors, available for viewing and copying by other users of social network, thereby publicly demonstrating and distributing it,” the Senior Assistant of the Head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Penza, Media relations, Lyudmila Fomina told news agency “PenzaNews.”

She added that this fact was revealed by the “K” department specialists of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Penza region while studying one of the social groups on the Internet.

“The young man pleaded guilty. Currently, a criminal case with an indictment was sent to the prosecutor for a decision on the transfer of it to the court,” the agency interlocutor said.
