Penza resident arrested on suspicion of making graffiti on train car

Penza, 23 May 2014. PenzaNews. A 20-year-old resident of Penza, a 22-year-old man from the Leningrad region, as well as a 23-year-old girl from Smolensk detained at station “Tikhvin” on suspicion of making graffiti on a train car.

“All three of them do not work or study. Their hobby is spray art,” the press service of the department of transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in in North-West Federal District.

The ministry clarified that the backpack of one of the detainees contained nine aerosol cans in different colors.

“Young people admitted that they painted the car for fun,” the press service noted.

Currently, police are looking into possibility of involvement of the suspects in similar illegal actions.
