Kolyshley, 27 May 2014. PenzaNews. A man, born 1960, died in a fire in a building located in Sverdlova Street in Kolyshley, the Penza region.

“It has been established that the victim was the owner of the house. He was disabled of the first group and lived alone,” the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the region told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The ministry added that as a result of the fire, the inside of the building partially burned out.

“The circumstances of the incident are under investigation,” the press service noted.
