Fictitious registration of citizens of Tajikistan revealed in Serdobsky area

Serdobsk, 3 June 2014. PenzaNews. Incident of fictitious registration of two citizens of Tajikistan was revealed in Serdobsky area, the Penza region.

“It has been established that a native of Tajikistan, born 1984, who is currently a Russian citizen, bought a house in a village in Serdobsky area,” the Senior Assistant Attorney of the region Yuliya Makarova told news agency “PenzaNews.”

She said that later, it turned out that not only the owner of the building was registered there, but also two of his friends, who actually lived and worked in Penza.

“Based on materials from the prosecutor's check the criminal case under Art. 322.2 of the Criminal Code “Fictitious registration of the citizen of the Russian Federation at the place of stay or residence in a residential area in the Russian Federation and the fictitious registration of a foreign citizen or stateless person residence in a residential area in the Russian Federation,” the agency interlocutor added.
