Illegal tree felling revealed in Zemetchinsky area

Penza, 4 June 2014. PenzaNews. Illegal felling of trees, damage from which amounted to more than 63 thousand rubles, was revealed while patrolling forests in Zemetchinsky area, the Penza rgion.

As the press service of the Ministry of Forestry in the region told news agency “PenzaNews,” a resident of Saltykovo village is suspected of cimmitting the crime.

“All in all, 22 pines were felled,” the ministry specified.

The ministry added that all materials collected on the case were transferred to the police.
