Penza resident became victim of fraud when ordering pump via the Internet

Penza, 23 June 2014. PenzaNews. Penza police opened a criminal case on the incident of fraud ordering goods over the Internet.

“The duty police office No. 1 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the region received a call from a 39-year-old man. He explained that he ordered a well pump costing 19,600 rubles at Katel.pro. The man transferred the funds to the account, but did not received the ordered product,” the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Penza region told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The department noted that police officers are investigating the case to identify the persons involved in the crime.
