Penza, 25 June 2014. PenzaNews. A 34-year-old woman driving “Mitsubishi Lancer” hit a girl, born 2009, in GPZ-24 in Penza on Tuesday, June 24. “The incident occurred near house No. 47 in Antonova Street. Driver of “Mitsubishi Lancer” — a woman, born 1980, hit a 5-year-old girl. The child was hospitalized from the accident scene,” the press-center of traffic police department of Russia in the Penza region.

The ministry added that the girl was diagnosed closed fracture of the medial sphenoid bone in her left foot without displacement

“Currently, the circumstances and possible causes of the accident are under investigation,” the department noted.
