Penza, 2 July 2014. PenzaNews. Pachelmsky district court of the Penza region found a local resident guilty of illegal purchase, possession and carrying of weapons.

“In September 2013, a man found a metal container with 12 cartridges, being ammunition suitable for shooting. He put the discovery into his jacket pocket and brought it home, where he illegally stored this ammunition until April 2014, when he was detained by police,” the press service of the court told news agency “PenzaNews.”

Recognizing the man guilty, the court sentenced him to 1,5 years of imprisonment with a probation period of 2 years, and also ordered the convict not to relocate without notifying the specialized state of body carrying out correction of convicts, and to check on in the Criminal-executive inspection of Pachelmsky area.
