Penza, 4 August 2014. PenzaNews. A 23-year-old Penza region resident was found guilty of committing an offense under Part 1, 134 of the Criminal Code, “Sexual intercourse and other sexual acts with a person under the age of sixteen.”

“The investigators and the court found that in April 2014, the young man invited a 15-year-old acquaintance to his place and offered her to engage in sexual activity. When the girl agreed, the man, knowing that his guest has not reached puberty, had sex with her. Later, the girl told her mother about the incident, who filed an appeal to the law enforcement agencies,” Lyudmila Fomina, Senior Assistant of the Head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Penza, told news agency “PenzaNews.”

She added that the man was sentenced to 240 hours of compulsory community service.
