Issa, 23 September 2014. PenzaNews. A 26-year-old woman, found guilty of violating the integrity of someone else’s home located in Issinsky area, the Penza region, was fined in the amount of 5 thousand rubles.

“It has been established that in early July 2014, while in Beketovka, she went to the house of the co-villagers. Seeing that the door was locked from the inside, the woman struck it with her foot. When the door opened, the accused illegally entered the house and proceeded to the kitchen, where she spent about 10 minutes. After that she was turned out by the hosts,” Yuliya Makarova, Senior Assistant Attorney of the region of Media Relations told news agency “PenzaNews.”

She explained that the woman infringed upon the constitutional rights of house owners to the inviolability of their home.
