According to the conclusion of the head of police department No. 3 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Penza, on April 18, 2014, the woman was found guilty of violating the rules of the sale of alcoholic beverages.

The complaint against the decision, directed to the district court by the seller, states that she verified the date of birth of the young person who was looking to buy beer: she misread the date as 1991 instead of 1997 due to the reflection of the hologram.

According to the woman, she put the beer on the counter, but was confused and did not print out the receipt, intending to ask for the passport again. Exactly at that moment, the police came in and began filing the report.

The seller allegedly pleaded guilty under stress; however, having calmed down, she realized that she did not actually sell that bottle of beer.

The district court, having considered the arguments of the complaint and after hearing the testimony of witnesses, came to the conclusion about the validity of the administrative offense and left the decision unchanged.

Disagreeing with this decision, the seller filed an appeal, which was dismissed by the judge of Penza regional court.

The decision came into force, the press service of the regional court informs.
