“According to preliminary results, a man born in 1984 drove his Lada Largus into the pothole at about 1.40 AM. As a result, he received chest, knee and head injuries,” the propaganda group of the regional traffic police department told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The traffic police department representative explained that the actual details of the accident will be established during the investigation.
