Penza, 16 October 2014. PenzaNews. The Penza police has solved a case of metallic dumpster container theft from Pushkina street.

“According to the woman who contacted the police, the price of such container is 4,500 rubles a unit,” the press service of the regional department of Ministry of Internal Affairs told PenzaNews agency.

The administration representatives added that the investigators have identified the culprit.

“It was a previously convicted 31-year old Penza citizen. He confessed to the crime,” the press service spokespersons said.

The department representatives added that the police has opened a criminal case on the theft in question.

“The officers are checking the suspect’s possible connections to other crimes,” the Penza MIA press service officers concluded.
