Nizhny Lomov, 24 October 2014. PenzaNews. The Nizhny Lomov district court of the Penza region held a hearing on the administrative offense case against a local elderly man.

“The man was loudly using offensive language and swinging his arms about in the Nizhny Lomov infectious hospital. He did not calm down when asked, therefore disturbing the public peace,” the court press service representative told PenzaNews agency.

According to him, the elderly man fully admitted his guilt, explaining that he was greatly displeased by the attitude of the medical workers.

“After hearing the case, the court found the offender guilty of committing an administrative offense under part 1, Art. 20.1 of the Administrative Code, and gave him a sentence of 5 days of arrest,” the agency interlocutor said.
