Penza citizen opened fraught lawsuit against online store car tire seller

Penza, 27 October 2014. PenzaNews. A 55-year old Penza citizen who tried to order a set of winter car tires in an online store has brought criminal charges on fraud against the seller.

“According to the victim, he paid the seller 13,790 rubles, but did not receive the order,” the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told PenzaNews agency.

According to the officials, the police are establishing the identities of possible crime organizers.
