Penza, 30 October 2014. PenzaNews. The police are currently investigating a road accident on Tereshkova street in Penza where a car hit a 14-year old school student.

“According to preliminary investigation, on Wednesday, October 29, a man born in 1974 drving a Mazda car hit a pedestrian born in 2000,” the group of propaganda of traffic police department in the region told PenzaNews agency.

The traffic police added that the collision took place outside the designated road crossing area.

“The boy has been brought into hospital with a concussion and leg bruises,” the propaganda department said.

The police are currently examining the evidence.
