Penza, 31 October 2014. PenzaNews. The police have opened a criminal case after finding a mother of four little kids murdered in her own flat on 1st Sredniy proezd in Penza.

“The woman’s 29-year old husband is currently in custody as a suspect,” Lyudmila Fomina, Senior Assistant of the Head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Penza, told PenzaNews agency.

She added that the children of the victim are currently under medical care.

“We are doing everything to establish the details of the event,” the agency interlocutor said.
