Penza, 10 November 2014. PenzaNews. A 26-year old car enthusiast ended up as a victim of a fraud when he tried to buy tires online.

As the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told PenzaNews agency, the young man transferred 9,300 rubles to the seller, but have not received the order.

“We are investigating the fraud case. The police are establishing the identities of the culprits,” said the officials.
