Penza, 18 November 2014. PenzaNews. A twelve year old boy committed suicide by jumping out of the window of his flat on 8 Marta street in Penza.

The tragegy occurred on Monday, November 17. The police are currently investigating the scene.

“The investigators found a suicide note in English in the boy’s room. We have examined the suicide scene, and are currently taking the necessary measures to establish the details, and the conditions of the teenage boy’s life and schooling,” Lyudmila Fomina, Senior Assistant of the Head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Penza, informed PenzaNews agency.
