Penza, 21 November 2014. PenzaNews. A man born in 1972 died in a traffic accident in Serdobsk area of the Penza region late at night on November 20-21.

“At 2.30 am, the driver of an unidentified car hit the pedestrian on the 91st kilometer of Tambov—Penza—Kolyshley—Serdobsk—Bekovo highway,” the regional traffic police department reported to PenzaNews agency.

The officers also added that the investigation found out the perpetrator may have been driving a Subaru vehicle, registered with a man born in 1972.

“We are investigating the crime scene and examining the evidence,” traffic police informed.
