Penza, 4 December 2014. PenzaNews. A Penza citizen born in 1960 was fined 25,000 rubles after hurting a police officer who tried to place her son in custody after the latter violated the law.

“The incident took place at night. The woman’s son was apprehended by the police after refusing to be inspected for a DUI and was trying to run away from the officers. The woman, offended by the actions of the police officer who was trying to stop her son, bit him in the right hand no less than four times,” Yuliya Makarova, Senior Assistant Attorney of the Penza region in Media Relations, informed PenzaNews agency.

According to her, the court found the woman guilty under part 1, Art. 381 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, “Attacking an authority representative.”
