“It has been established that the young man created a VKontakte profile under a false name, where he posted pornographic videos. Thus, he made these files available for public viewing and download,” Yuliya Makarova, Senior Assistant Attorney of the Penza region in Media Relations, told PenzaNews agency.

She said that the man was sentenced to 4.5 years of imprisonment with a probation period of 3 years in accordance with the position of public prosecutor.
