Penza, 23 December 2014. PenzaNews. A Penza woman aged 60 was fined 1,000 rubles for swearing at a teenage girl.

“The woman expressed her dissatisfaction with teenagers constantly gathering in her apartment stairway by swearing at a girl born in 2001, greatly insulting and humiliating her,” Yulia Makarova, senior press advisor to the regional prosecutor’s office, told PenzaNews agency.

According to her, the court found the old woman guilty under Part 1, Art. 5.61 of the Administrative Code “Criminal insult.”

“The court decision was not appealed and entered into force,” said the agency interlocutor.
