Police found Penza clothes e-fraud salesman

Penza, 24 December 2014. PenzaNews. The Penza police has uncovered a 30-year old local citizen who was the culprit in five online scam cases.
“The police department No. 4 had received several requests from city residents who said they ordered clothes and cosmetics through a social network account of a user they had no connections with before. After transmitting funds to the user’s account, they never received their orders,” the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs commented for PenzaNews agency.
According to the police, the culprit was found thanks to several investigation operations.
“The suspect was questioned and confessed to the crime,” the press service added.
The police has opened a criminal case on fraud. According to the Penza region MIA department, he is currently released under travel restrictions.
