Penza, 5 January 2015. PenzaNews. A 20-year old citizen of Kizhevatovo town was stabbed in the chest during a late night quarrel that took place in Penza on Moskovskaya street by a trade center.

As the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs told PenzaNews agency, the man was brought to the hospital.

“We found out that the person who stabbed the victim was a 23-year old previously convicted resident of Vazerki village of the Bessonovsky area,” the officials added.

According to them, the suspect was brought into custody and confessed to the crime.

“The police have opened a criminal case on intended bodily harm,” the press service informed.
