Nizhny Lomov, 6 January 2015. PenzaNews. Private security has detained a man who openly stole a bottle of vodka and a one-kilo piece of pork from a store on Oktyabrskaya Street in Nizhny Lomov town of the Penza region.

“He is formerly convicted 51-year old local. He was questioned, and confessed to the crime,” the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs told PenzaNews agency.

The police have opened a criminal case on theft.
