Kolyshley, 6 January 2015. PenzaNews. A 25-year old man has been detained on suspicion of having stolen a tow truck from a car wash in Kolyshley village of the Penza region.

As the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs informed PenzaNews agency, the crime took place at nighttime.

“A police team was sent to the crime scene. The officers found the car in the nearest town with signs of damage. The investigation helped establish the identity of suspected thief – a local. He confessed to the crime. The tow truck was returned to the owner,” they said.

According to the press service, the police continue to investigate the crime.
