Vadinsk resident to be on trial for insulting a policeman

Penza, 29 January 2015. PenzaNews. A female born in 1968 living in Vadinsk village of the Penza region has been accused of insulting a law enforcement officer.

“The investigation found the accident took place in October 2014. She was standing by one of the houses in the village while drunk. Dissatisfied with lawful actions of a senior police inspector, she knowingly and intentionally insulted his dignity in the presence of others,” Yulia Makarova, Senior Assistant Attorney of the Region in Media Relations, told PenzaNews agency.

The case has been sent to the court for review on the merits, she explained.
