Penza transportation prosecutors found “Asia Cement” fiolates law

Penza, 29 January 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza city transportation prosecutor’s office has found LLC “Asia Cement” in violation of current legislation. The company owns a temporary storage warehouse for goods and vehicles in the Nikolsk area.
“It was found that the enterprise had developed and approved no official documents on conflicts of interest, on graft prevention measures, had no graft prevention policy or graft alert procedures or review routines,” Maya Ivanova, Senior Assistant to Transport Prosecutor in Volga District for media relations, told PenzaNews agency.
Instructions for workers and employment agreements of the company also have no recommendations on employment conduct, measures and recommendations to prevent conflicts of interest, graft prevention and liability, she added.
“However, business activities of LLC ‘Asia Cement’ as a company that owns a temporary storage warehouse for goods and vehicles usually bears graft risks. The Penza transportation prosecutor has sent a notice to the company leadership, and its review and elimination of found violations is now monitored by the prosecution office,” said the agency interlocutor.
