Penza, 3 February 2015. PenzaNews. The traffic by “Fortuna” trading center on Kalinina street in Penza has been blocked due to a traffic accident involving a route bus and a police car. The accident has resulted in a half of the road blocked off.

The event has paralyzed the traffic for trolley buses heading for the city center, due to being unable to move around the block.

The police service car has received mechanical damages – a dented back door.

The traffic police are to investigate the collision.
