Penza, 10 February 2015. PenzaNews. Two pedestrians – a young woman, 28, and a young man, 33 – received various injuries during a traffic accident that took place on the street across the house No. 121, Suvorova street, in Penza.

As the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs informed PenzaNews agency, the couple was hit approximately at 18.45 of Monday, February 9.

“According to preliminary investigation, the driver of a Chevrolet car, 54, hit the people who were crossing the street outside the marked zone,” they clarified.

The injured were brought into hospital, the police clarified.

“The incident is under investigation. The officers are establishing the events of the collision, the driver had his blood tested for alcohol,” the press service said.
