Penza, 16 February 2015. PenzaNews. An unidentified man has stolen a tree-installed CCTV camera in a recreation area of the GPZ-24 neighborhood of Penza.

The crime was committed in the evening, the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs informed PenzaNews agency.

“The police investigated the occurrence and identified a formerly convicted Penza citizen, 33, who was involved in the accident. He confessed to the crime, and the officials confiscated the stolen good,” they explained.

The police have opened a criminal case, the press service elaborated.
