Penza, 17 February 2015. PenzaNews. A large rush hour traffic jam on Pobedy prospekt in Penza was caused by two traffic accidents that involved six cars early on Tuesday, February 17.

One of the collisions involved two vehicles, while yet another one nearby resulted in four cars ramming into one another, the press service of the Penza region traffic police department informed PenzaNews agency.

“Nobody was injured in the collisions,” the police added.

Presumably, the accidents were caused by insufficient distance between the vehicles, which resulted in several cars lining up one after another.

This event has temporarily halted the trolley bus traffic in the area, due to them being structurally unable to navigate around the collision zone.
