Penza, 25 February 2015. PenzaNews. A citizen of the Penza region, 26, was found guilty of committing a crime under Part 1, Art. 134 of the Criminal Code, titled “Sexual intercourse and other sexual relations with a person under 16.”

“The court and the investigators learned that a young adult woman had numerous instances of sexual intercourse with a school student, 14, in one of the settlements of the Lunino area from July to November 2014. When the parents of the teenager learned of the latter’s sexual contacts with an adult woman from the locals, they wrote a complaint to the police,” Lyudmila Fomina, Senior Assistant of the Head of the Investigative Department of the city Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, informed PenzaNews agency.

The court sentenced the woman to 9 months of custody, she clarified.

“The investigators have initiated and are researching another criminal case against her related to a sexual intercourse act with a 15-year old teenager,” added the speaker.
