Penza, 5 March 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza police have returned a Ford car to its owner living in the Leninsky area of the city after the car was hijacked in one evening while parked on Ostrovskovo street.

“All police squads were instructed to locate the car and apprehend the culprit,” the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs informed PenzaNews agency.

The car was spotted a few hours after the crime on Chaadaeva street, the officials added.

“It was driven by a formerly convicted Penza citizen, 25, who was brought to the police department for further investigation,” the press service elaborated.

According to the police, a criminal case has been opened on the fact of car hijacking.
