Penza, 26 March 2015. PenzaNews. A citizen of Voronezh currently residing in Penza was found guilty of threatening with murder and sentenced to 120 hours of compulsory community service.

“The investigators found that the man, born in 1963, pointed a knife at a woman living with him in the same flat during an argument late on December 30, 2014. After doing so, he began approaching the victim, threatening to murder her,” Yulia Makarova, Senior Assistant Attorney in the Penza region in Media Relations, informed PenzaNews agency.

According to her, the victim took the threats to heart.

After reviewing the case, the court found the man guilty of committing an offense, Yulia Makarova added.
