Penza, 2 April 2015. PenzaNews. A woman living in the village of Chaadaevka of the Gorodische area in the Penza region has been accused of selling alcohol to an underage person.

“According to preliminary investigation, the shop saleswoman sold a 0.25-liter bottle of vodka to a teenager and deliberately ignored his date of birth in February 2015,” Yulia Makarova, Senior Assistant Attorney of the Penza region in Media Relations, told PenzaNews agency.

The woman had already been fined for a similar violation in December 2014, she noted.

“The criminal case has been directed to the court for a review on premises,” the speaker added.
