Penza, 21 April 2015. PenzaNews. A Penza woman, 23, fell victim to an unidentified fraudster who promised to help her with getting a 50,000-ruble loan.

“The young woman found an ad on one of the regional websites that promised help with loan acquirement. After calling the phone number, she learned from an unidentified person that he offers help, but needs a transfer of 3,500 rubles to bypass all the loan history checks,” the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of the Interior informed PenzaNews agency.

According to the law enforcement officials, the young woman followed the man’s instructions, but has failed to get the loan.

“The incident is under investigation. The police are identifying the culprits,” they elaborated.
