Penza, 24 April 2015. PenzaNews. The traffic police are investigating a Penza traffic accident by Mozhaiskovo street, 1, where a woman driving a Toyota RAV4 hit a teenager cyclist.

“The traffic police received an accident report from the hospital where the teenager arrived. According to preliminary investigation, it took place on April 22,” the press service of the regional traffic police department informed PenzaNews agency on Friday, April 24.

The boy, born in 2000, is currently under the supervision of doctors, they clarified.

“He is diagnosed with post-collision trauma, a concussion and bruised forehead,” the department clarified.

The car collision is under investigation, the press service added.
