Young Penza woman, 21, suspected of stealing 45,000 rubles

Penza, 5 May 2015. PenzaNews. A young Penza woman, 21, is suspected of illegally withdrawing 45,000 rubles from another person’s lost banking card.

“The investigators took the necessary measures and identified the possible culprit,” the press service of the regional Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews agency.

According to them, the young woman confessed to the crime.

“A criminal case on theft was initiated,” the police added.
