Penza, 14 May 2015. PenzaNews. 47 Penza region drivers were fined for violating rules for transporting young passengers during the two-day campaign “Safety Seat to Children!” concluded on Thursday, May 14.

Nine of the aforementioned drivers were located and fined on May 12 in the city of Penza itself, the press service of the regional traffic police department informed PenzaNews agency.

“Similar inspections took place throughout the Penza region on May 13. As a result, 38 drivers were find for not having child safety seats installed in their cars,” the traffic police added.

There were no traffic accidents involving children during the campaign, the department noted.
