Pachelma, 20 May 2015. PenzaNews. A resident of Pachelma village in the Penza region, 37, is suspected of hijacking and stealing a rear dump truck from a local company.

“An unidentified group of persons stole a GAZ-3507 owned by a local businessman during the daytime. The businessman reported the crime to the police, saying the driver left the truck for a short time with the keys still in the ignition, and returned to find the vehicle missing,” the press service of the regional Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews agency.

The car was found on the territory of a nearby dumpster, they added.

“The police identified the possible culprit, a former convict. He was questioned and confessed to the crime. He will now face a criminal case on hijacking a vehicle,” the police described.
