Kuznetsk area resident suspected of stealing curbstones at bus stop
Penza, 8 June 2015. PenzaNews. A residents of the Kuznetsk area in the Penza region, 34, has been detained by the police and accused of stealing curbstones.
“The police officers stopped a GAZelle car driven by a local at the 748th kilometer of the M5 ‘Ural’ highway at a bus stop by Kamenka village, and found 14 used curbstones in the car’s trunk. The driver told the police officers he took the curbstones from the bus stop,” the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews agency.
The suspect was brought to the police station for further questioning, and the stolen goods were seized, the officials explained.
“An investigation of the theft is currently underway,” the press service said.
