Penza, 25 June 2015. PenzaNews. The traffic police car crash on a Penza–Shemysheika road in the morning of Thursday, June 25, may have been caused by bad weather and a hole in the road asphalt that was covered with rainwater.

According to information of PenzaNews agency, the police officer driving the car hit the wheel of his vehicle on the water-filled hole, lost control of the car, scraped against the road guard and skidded on the wet asphalt, after which the car overturned down into the curb.

Currently, the accident site features a car transportation vehicle, as well as a road crew that is measuring the asphalt and the hole.

The traffic police is yet to establish the definitive reasons behind the car crash.
