Penza, 29 July 2015. PenzaNews. A young man born in Ukraine, 22, will be facing an administrative case after he was detained on Teplichnaya street in Penza while abusing non-medicinal drugs.
The young man was experiencing a drug-induced high and had a batch of “speed” drug in his pockets, Elena Samorukova, Chief Expert of Information and Public Relations Group of Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation in the region, told PenzaNews agency.
“He ordered the drug online, and took a portion of it after receiving it from a hidden stash to celebrate leaving Penza after his family decided to move to Krasnodarsky Krai along with his father who was to work there in the military,” the speaker explained.
The drug police detained the young man by the house where his family rented a flat, she added.
“We are currently deciding on opening a criminal case on drug storage. The man will be facing a fine and a prison term,” Elena Samorukova pointed out.
