Penza, 2 August 2015. PenzaNews. A spillover from a cistern of a freight train going from the Moscow region to the Samara region took place at Penza-3 train station on Saturday, August 1.

The report on the incident was received from the station operator at 14.25, says the website of the Penza region EMERCOM department.

At 15.20, the cistern was moved to the strainer chamber, while the spillover was contained using sodium bicarbonate.

The spillover poses no threat to the populace.
