Penza, 9 August 2015. PenzaNews. According to the press service of the regional Department of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the owner of the Internet advertisement received the money, but failed to give the item to the buyer.

“In the course of complex operational search activities, the suspected was arrested. They found a 36-year-old resident of Penza, who had formerly been held criminally responsible. According to the man, he cashed the money transferred to his bank account through an ATM and spent for personal needs,” the police told “PenzaNews.”

The ministry informed about the institution of criminal proceedings.

“The suspect was released in is own custody,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs noted.
