Penza, 19 August 2015. PenzaNews. An unidentified man traveling in a white car, took away a bike of the teenager walking along Rakhmaninova Street in Penza, in the company of friends, and smashed it three times on the ground. The incident occurred on Tuesday, August 18, and was captured by the outdoor surveillance camera.

What exactly triggered the conflict remains behind the scene.

The video shows four teenagers — three of them with bicycles and one with a kick scooter — quietly moving along the footpath by the road. At that moment a car drives up to them, out comes a man in jeans and a dark T-shirt. Judging by his pace and sharp movements, he is aggressively tuned.

Once the adult grabbed the bike of the boy walking last, his friends, frightened, moved faster and watched the scene from aside.

Then the man lifted the bike over his head and threw it on the ground three times.

He said something to the boys, got back into the car and drove away. The teenager picked up the bike and followed his friends.

The incident lasted for about 30 seconds.

Commenting on the video appeared on the Internet, Nadezhda Ivanova, chief of mass media relations in MIA of the Penza region, said that the police received no reports of the incident so far.

“There has been no applications yet,” the agency interlocutor said.

However, she noted that in the presence of the video and the media publication, the police have all reasons to check.
